I've had my 10EE sitting in my garage, bought untested, all this time waiting for an RPC. I finally got the funds to buy a Des-Co Industries 15 HP RPC panel to hook up to my Magnatek 200 V three phase idler. That's what the motor plate says, 200V. Des-Co says its not a problem. Do you folks see any issues here? Furthermore, I bought the panel without an on-off switch because they wanted another 50 bucks to wire one in. What potential problems can happen without the switch. I also am using an 80 amp breaker at the home panel, is this ok? I'm a weak in 3 phase electrics so I need some perspectives. What other precautions should I take prior to powering up?

My 10 EE has a serial # 32981, built in August 1950, an MG Machine. I'll post some pix and more questions if I can't find answers in the search functions. Thanks for your answers in advance.
