Changing the x axis limit switch?

I'm going to change my x axis limit switch out on my 95 vf-0.

Any one got any tips how to get at it?.

It's right under the table and theres barley enough room to get in there with a allen wrench to unbolt it.

Help?
 
Take off the Sheet metal tray going around the table, pull off the sheet metal axis covers. Move the table all the way over so you have "some" room to work and get at it. If you can't move table, rotate the screw by hand to get some extra room. There may be a cover going over the housing/coupling which can be removed to give you some additional room. The switch is easy...wait till the X axis cable goes on you and you have to run thru the little hole in the table. Now that is fun!
