HL-2 help needed

We just purchased a hl-2 lathe. Got it set up yesterday and when powering on I get two alerts.
102 servos off and 107 emergency stop.
Book says its from the e-stop being pushed and to clear it you have to disengage the e-stop and hit reset till the alerts clear. Problem is they do not clear.

Can anyone lend some knowledge, I really need this thing to get up and running right away.

power on,

release E-Stop Button,

keep pressing Reset until alarm has cleared,

try opening doors and guard if your machine has them while pressing reset,

once alarm is cleared close down gaurd and press press Power Up/Restart

should work fingers crossed

Thanks Lee.
One of the reasons I went with a HAAS used lathe was all the positives about the customer support. I called'em up and they walked me through the whole repair. From testing the e-stop button, all the way to the i/o board. Turned out to have been caused be who ever got it ready for shipping. they had a bar feeder wired in to the extra e-stop slot on the board and they just cut the wire.
It up and running now and I am having a blast.
