haas VF-1 Z motor removal

I'm trying to remove the Z motor on the top of the machine. I removed the 4 bolts and the cables and am pulling up on the motor and it seems to stop. Should I pry on it or is their a set screw or bolt holding it. Or do i need to take the covers off to see more?

Take the cover off of the ballscrew bearing block that the motor is bolted to, and loosen the coupling. Should come rigth out.

As a precaution, block the spindle up from the table so as to prevent possible harm from the weight of the head back driving the ball screw.
