I am getting this alarm, It says to check the air pressure(which is fine)
and solenoid circuit breaker CBF can be caused by misadjustment of
drawbar assembly.

It seems like their are timing issues between the carousel and the
drawbar.

Does anyone have experience with this?

Thanks

Physical faults

Are you seeing anything wrong during your tool changes I.E. dropping your tool holders out of the carousel, loud pops when the tool is un-clamped, during manual removal it wants to shoot the tool holder out of your hand? I your shop air supply a minimum 100psi and machine regulator at 85psi, are you applying a light coat of grease to the tool holder tapers, and are you also doing the same to the spindle after you clean it with shop towel after a wash down?

FYI, I had tool change problems and they were caused by too high a precharge pressure. It's supposed to be around 7psi IIRC, but it's adjusted by sight and ear. Talk to your local HFO tech.
