Hi Guys - new to this forum.
We have a used VF-10 120" machining center. Our local service dealer was out here last week to replace a processor board (we had the lowercase f's across the screen).
Now, we have a new issue. In the middle of running a program, it will randomly give an E-Stop alarm. We ran fine all day Saturday, but today we can't seem to get through a part without this alarm.
Any ideas?
***EDIT***
Nevermind - I found the problem. The previous owner had jumped past one of the counter-balance nitrogen switches... probably due to a faulty switch. The little jumper was falling out and throwing an E-STop.
