Good Monday everyone,
Well I've been having problems lately with my 2007 Haas TM-1P. I'm running some parts that require 3D work and the file size is too large for my machine's memory to handle. Run time is about 2.0 hours per part and I normally run four vises with 1 part on each vise. As the machine is running, randomly I get the red light on my machine and notice that the program has been stoped at a given point. Can I peek into one of your guy's settings for the RS-232 port? so far I have:
Baud rate: 19200
Parity : Even
Stop Bits: 1
Data Bits: 7
Additionally I purchased a Floppy-to-USB reader similar to the one shown:
PLR ELECTRONICS
After I played around for a little I began to think that this little gadget only stores more programs than a floppy disk would and NOT run my programs directly from the USB. It can read small files ok, but when I put my bid files in it simply won't recognize them and the alarm comes out.
A little bit of help please...
