Trying to find total hours on spindle etc.

I have a 97 vf-2 I've owned since new and I'm trying to find out exactly how many hours are on it (servo hours, spindle hours, etc.). When I hit the param/dgnos key and page down it only tells me run time and tool changes. The run time is just how long the machine has been powered up. I would like to know how many hours are on the spindle and servos. Courant commands won't tell me anything, all of the clocks have been reset at one point or another.

Thanks Edster, that did the trick, I never had the software updated so I was able to get the hours on the spindle etc.
