Hl-2 Turret Alignment

I spent an hour or so yesterday trying to get my turret back on center. I was in debug mode and messing with the A axis grid shift parameter and it didnt seem to do much. Currently I am about .015 below center, and help would be appreciated.

What about the crown coupling? I had a small crash while the turret was indexing on my SL-10 and the coupling slipped and needed to be re-aligned.

Small crash?

Small crash, sounds so harsh. Our operators always say they rubbed it a little bit. I think the coupling is right, hopefully only the outer one though. If it is bad enough to need the inner adjusted too do yourself a favor and drill a hole that lines up with the bolt circle and tap for a pipe plug. Next time you won't have to pull the turret to get at the inner one.

There should already be a plugged access hole in the turret face to allow getting at the inner coupling bolts.
