To make a long story short, does anyone want to share assembly drawings or service manual for a 2004 Haas SL30.
Long story, Hydraulic chuck pressure was only at 200psi. We pulled the tank and saw a massive buildup of rust throughout the tank and pump. We cleaned out the pump and actually ground a few thousandths off the faces of the pump to clean it up and increase pressure. Got the pressure up to 400 but for some reason there isnt much volume coming thru the draw tube cyclinder bleed points. It takes about 10 seconds to get to full pressure. There is a 1" diameter tube attached to the bottom of the cyclinder that looks to be a drain tube for hydraulic fluid. Well, it's a steady stream. I was hoping to find a assembly drawing of the draw tube cylinder to check for the seals. I like tearing stuff apart, but i've never even seen what could be inside the back of that spindle....... sorry for the long story. lol
