Well I found a 2002 Haas TM1 that I am thinking about buying. It has 4400 spindle hours on it. I am not sure about the power on or servo hours. Just curious what would be considered high, low, or average hours for a machine of this age? I thought 4400 hours seemed high because most of the other machines I looked at had well under 2000.
Also how much should hours affect the value? They are asking $21500 which I thought was a little high. Would this machine need a lot more work to keep up and running compared to a lower hour machine?
