SL30 Tool Pre-setter

Hi,

Does anyone know what the diameter of the tool presetter is on an SL30 Lathe?

I have only been using it for setting tools in Z and using the OD of a part to set the X offset.

It would be great if I could find out what the 2 diameters are for setting turning and boring tools in the X axis.

The diameter needs to be calibrated for each machine.

Download the manual from the Haas website. It will have detailed instructions on how to calibrate the tool setter. Well worth your time to read and understand the tool setter.
