We have an TM1 and an HPCL, and, mainly on the HPCL, when greasing the "bearing trucks", coolant will flow out of the crack between the bearing and the linear way. The Z axis is wide, about 4", and it is the worst since it is always soaked in coolant. The TM1 problem is not s bad since it is better protected, but still a concern.
I think the HPCL is similar to the TL1 so it might have the same issue. The coolant is clean, no rust or anything, and the grease that also squirts out when greasing, is a bit milky so it seems to accept the water based coolant.
Is this something to worry about? Hope not because there is not much of a solution.
