Lets say you are in VQC with G71 OD with rounding 7 template up. Can someone explain the facing values to be entered. All I ever seem to get is it wants to cut air off the end of the part for way to many passes and never gets to the actual cutting of the profile. What if I don't want it to face the part at all, what would I enter as a value in the face stock and DOC for face?
The last time I used the VQC I remember having the same problem and called HAAS and it was a simple thing but I did not write it down. I called them today and the guy was not much help although he tried. Thanks for the help.
