Programable coolant alarms every morning

Each morning when I fire up the VF2 and start cutting the programble coolant alarms and the machine stops. I never use the PC because I think it's kinda a joke and usually gets in the way of the 4th axis. I always leave it all the way up and the coolant off. I have to play with the coolant up/down keys to get it to move and get a postion number on the offsets page. What gives? It's like it loses its position overnight. Is there an easy fix? Can I just turn it off with a parameter or unplug it? TIA

I believe Parameter 57, left column, 12th down is Coolant Spigot. Change 1 to 0...or is it 0 to 1...whichever it is just toggle it.

If not, try to get spigot to position "0", that should be home.
Make sure all your Tools have Offset has "0" as their Coolant setting.

I had a similar issue and spigot had to find home switch at startup homing all axis. It would move then hangup not homing, giving an alarm. After a few Resets It would find home and clear...but if jarred or coolant position was specified during the day I had an issue at next Startup.
