Hello All,
im new to this site, and had a question concerning the calibration of the x and y axis of a EZ Trak DX II machine.( yes its 3axis and has that cockroach type 1 looking 3 axis arm ) My current company is full of proto tracks that have the service codes function which is great for calibrating the x/y axis. but im kind of shorthanded by having a SX manual and no keyboard that has a plug that fits into that monster keyboard plug slot in the back of the monitor, what do i have to do? i inspected my grinding vise via cadilac gage then brought it to the ez trak, with a dead on head and vise and still off .0015 x and .0025y. i got bagged on a 20" plus 4 slide die shoe center to center post locations if wondering. thanks for looking!!
