would the replacement seals for a Feeleror other Hardinge copies fit the Hardinge? I did t know if all dimensions are the same.

396 is an early model , my one is 397 :-) ( is yours uk or us made?)
he early ones had a hardened steel wiper on the flat top of the bed. Later rubber/plastic wipers will fit but the mounting holes will likely not be in the right places.
