I have and HLV-H copy that has a couple of dings in the bed as a result of the chuck smacking it. The wiper doesn't appear to be removing chips from the two depressions and as a result the chips are packing under the saddle. Other than regrinding the bed is there another fix such an epoxy?

Milacron had experimented with filling a rather large missing chunk of the HBX-360-BC inverted Vee way that serves the TS with "Labmetal". Similar purpose - preventing retention of tramp chips rather than precision support.

Seems to adhere rather well.

Too early for me to comment on how durable and effective it is/will prove to be.

Still have to see to the motor and essential hydraulics before it sees more than hand-traverse.
