continuing BMDC issues, or something else?

As I mentioned, I try to reload tools, or move the axis and all I hear is a click. I ran the BMDC diagnostics and would get a ADC error. One suggestion was to replace the power supply. I did and nothing changed. So, I concluded it was the BMDC board. I sent it off for repair. Just got the board back today and re-installed it. Exact same thing happens and the same error in the diagnostics.

Any idea as to what to do next?

I would replace the power supply before doing anything else. Confirm that the pins that the power supply plugs on to are clean metal use a white "plastic" eraser to clean them (the pink pearl and others are way too abrasive). While things are apart check the round can capacitors on the motherboard. Any fat, leaking or have the end bowed up should be replaced.
