Hi Everyone new to the forum
I've just got an E type slotting head and am currently
checking it over.
There appears to be a boot lace in my oil cup on the side of the head
Do any of you know if its a wick and supposed to be there?
If so how long should it be?
I'm not sure if the connecting rod crank shaft side of the case is
connected to the worm gear side and share the oil
I'm wondering does the wick deliver lubricant to the ends of the con rod?
Any advice much appreciated
