Default BP Mill Motor Control Pictures

Here is motor starter I built for my mill's spindle and feed motor. There is also
a on/off switch for the feed motor with a indicator lamp. This reduces the chance
that I might try changing the gears while the feed motor is running. The enclosure
is mounted to the base behind the push button operator station in the first picture.

Nice work!

What we always use and something to consider in the future are modular terminal blocks like these

Then you don't have to crimp ends on each wire.

Very nice work.

One suggestion if I may...

Whenever you use plug-in relays, install the retainer springs. These will keep the relays from falling out when subject to vibration. They should be available for all relay/socket series.

Default Nice!

Nice clean job, Ron! VERY Tidy!

I like putting everything on DIN rails... usually 'cause I get it all in there, and then slap myself for putting everything in the wrong place... then it's fairly easy to move 'em.
