Creo Lathe Tooling Models

We recently upgraded to Creo 4.0 as well as the lathe NC package. There is only one model of lathe tooling in the library. Does anyone know how to unlock more models or if there are more even available through Creo?

There is a tooling library available from PTC with quite a few lathe tools in it. Not sure if there is additional cost to buy it or not we have had it for several years now.
the first picture shows the library in the download section of PTC support.
