Post Processor Unigraphics NX 8
Hello,
I'm looking for a Post Processor for Unigraphics NX 8 for a Centurion 5 (or 6 or 7 since the controller is pretty similar) controller. I talked to Siemens Support and they didn't have one in their library. Does anybody has a Post Processor for that machine or does anybody knows of a similar more "popular" controller which Post Processor is compatible and I could get from Siemens?
Would really appreciate any help! Thanks in advance!

You must have a rare machine. I can't find anything on google
Could you post some sample code?

The machine is a Milltronics Partner from i think '96. Its just the controller which doesn't seem very popular or maybe outdated. I know mastercam has a Post for it, so does BobCam. I figure it's not much used in big Industries.
I can try to find some Sample G Code which was preloaded on the machine (if that's what you asking for?). I'm quite new to CNC Machining, so excuse me if you're looking for something else.

Yes, if you can post some sample code, that would help.

okay, i was able to get some code that was previously used with the machine. Any ideas what Post Processor could work?

thats 100% generic code aside from the G200, which i have never seen before.
That program would run on every machine i have at work, fanuc 6, 11, omd, oi b oi c and the fadal's
look for some older fanuc posts, 6, 11, OM series etc,

I had a Centurion 6 control on a lathe, we used a generic (Edgecam) Fanuc code generator and modified it slightly to suit the machine, that's probably what you'll have to do to get it perfect for your machine.
Have you called Milltronics for info? they are very helpful, might even know where to get a post for your machine.

I tried using a Fanuc 3 Axis Mill Generic Post Processor and until now it works very well, though i haven't tried any complex stuff yet. Thanks a lot for your help everyone, if i come across any problems i will report back!
