Mechanical Engineer/ Lathe/Swiss Programmer/Automation Designer/Programmer-WA

30 year old degree'd Mechanical Engineer looking to find a new long term position. I have been working as a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in New Product Introduction and Automation for cost reduction/throughput enhancement. Currently, I am also responsible for programming/ day to day troubleshooting of 5 Turning centers and 2 Swiss machines. I can program PLC's in ladder, flowchart (SFC) and structured text, as well as design, manage and role out automation projects. Some experience with programming Fanuc robots. Expert level solid modeler (Solidworks, Inventor) and draftsman.

I truly enjoy working with experienced machinists, welders, and engineers. I am looking for a position where I can contribute to the business in a substantial way, grow my skillset, and help train/grow the next generation of talent.
