We are a growing Defense Contractor located near Valley Forge, PA. Our manufacturing shop is in need of an experienced CNC Machinist for 2nd Shift.

The CNC Machinist will:
*program, setup and run our CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers
*inspect work coming off the machines
*assist in figuring out ways to make production more efficient
*completely organize and maintain tooling for his work area and machines
*keep a neat and well organized shop
*assist in giving direction and helping any machine operators
*assist the assembly or other departments as needed
*complete his work in a timely and accurate manner

This position needs a very flexible person who knows a lot about CNC machining and a fair bit about the many different parts of a manufacturing shop. This is a hands on position that requires a person with at least 10 years CNC experience who is not afraid to get their hands dirty, has a good memory, likes responsibility, has their own tools and can quickly and effectively solve problems. Previous management experience is not needed but intensive shop floor CNC experience is a must have.
