We offer an air-conditioned environment, highly organized and clean 300,000 SQ. ft. fabrication facility, new CNC Machines (Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak, Mori Seike, DMG Mori, Weiler, etc.), and a strong safety program to ensure that our staff go home safe to their families after every shift. We are located at 500 Conroe Park West Dr, Conroe, TX 77303.

Your Role

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible to operate one or more machines involved in the production of our downhole products, with the goal of making top-quality products. Accuracy and attention to detail are key. Training will be provided to operate the machines. You will adjust parameters of the machine as required, such as calculating lengths and setting controls such as speed, pressure, and limit switches. Maintain knowledge of G & M codes and input them into CNC machines for production, while ensuring products have precise and accurate measurements. Display proficiency with dimensions and tolerances for tooling instructions such as fixtures, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cut, OD/ID, micrometers, and setting tools on the CNC machines. When the machine finishes its process, you will check quality parameters and may take measurements to ensure the process was done properly, and record them in the product paperwork. You will also be responsible to audit the paperwork of your colleague who performed the step before yours, as a quality check. You’ll be responsible to perform daily checks and preventive maintenance on your machines, and provide feedback for improvement of how your work is done. You’ll also work with our Engineers on any testing projects that they have scheduled on your machines.

Work Schedule

You’ll be working a consistent schedule: 10 hour shifts on nights (4pm-3:30am) Sunday through Friday. This is a good schedule that our staff enjoy, providing a lot of overtime hours.

As a CNC Machine Machinist, your objectives are to process a certain number of parts per shift, with top safety and quality. Your Lead and Supervisor will monitor your progress, and provide training and guidance to help you achieve your objectives.
