Very busy and fast-growing shop is seeking an experienced, preferably extremely talented machinist to join our team. We're a high-mix production shop specializing in welded aluminum fabrication, product design, engineering, extrusion and machining processes. Very people-oriented and tech-driven.

This position would work closely with engineering where most programming is done. Ideal applicant would already be familiar with HSMWorks or Inventor HSM, previous experience with software such as GibbsCAM or MasterCAM a plus.

Primary work centers include Okuma Turn/Mill/Subspindle, Haas milling and turning, CR Onsrud gantry CNCs and 5-axis. Experience with Okuma and Haas essential, especially Okuma turning. experience with the rest, as well as CNC bandsaw, robotics for welding or bending, manual turning/machining big pluses.

Extremely competitive wages and great benefits. For the right applicant we can sort out a deal for relocation. Hourly or Salary both options.

other requirements include good people skills, comfortable in a busy production environment, at least 6 years experience but more is ideal. A journeymans ticket or red seal is a plus but not a requirement.

The best applicants should have experience with quality systems, wide range of tooling knowledge, creative thinking and problem solving with fixture/tooling construction and troubleshooting deficiencies in programs/jobs.
