Conventional Machinist Littleton, NH

North Country Hydraulics, Inc. is now taking applications for a full-time non-production, non-CNC machinist. Primary responsibilities will be running a manual engine lathe and completing milling operations. Knowledge of internal and external thread and groove cutting, and the ability to use precision measuring instruments is a must. Most time will be spent machining hydraulic cylinder components. This opportunity is not an entry level position (2-7 years experience preferred) and will require you to work efficiently and at times unsupervised. Knowledge of welding, tool-making, hydraulic repair, and basic machine maintenance is considered a plus. Must be able to lift at least 50+lbs as hydraulic components can be quite heavy.
