Company in Northern New Jersey is seeking a Facility Manager to start ASAP.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Must be able to fix and maintain all electric and hydraulic systems of the plant. Plant consists of 2 locations equaling a total of approximately 80 thousand square feet.
Knowledge of electrical diagrams and ability to plan and troubleshoot all equipment and installation issues necessary.
Will be in charge of maintaining the following machines:
Must keep all equipment in constant working order.
Must be okay with moving around the property, this is not a desk job.
Will have an assistant.

- A/C Units and Climate Control Systems
- Manipulator 'Robots'
- 30HP Boilers
- Metal Grinders
- Inductor Frequency Meters
- Radio Graphic Equipment
- Sand Blasters
Must keep all equipment in constant working order.
Must be okay with moving around the property, this is not a desk job.
Will have an assistant.
