Part time CNC Programmer needed.
Fadal 15 and Fanuc 3000C/Matsuura VMC's, Acramatic 850 lathe.
I am a one man band operator who just has not had the time to master CAD with the high price of admission and "Maintenance".
The demo's have been a wast of time as they expire before I find time to study them.

So I am looking for some one with their own seat of XYZ-CAM.
As long as it can draw and generate the needed code I have no real preference.
Good process notes are a must as I will want to run the same program again later.
Need final CAD-CAM in a universal format for later use with possibly different machines.

I do a lot of short run niche item parts, typically less than fifty pieces.
Mostly firearm accessories to date but trying to get into more specialty automotive.
Cannot pay blank check wages (Made that mistake once already!), need some way to know close to my final cost up front.
I can do some very basic 2D cad but have trouble exporting the file.
Pencil and paper 1.0 still works fairly well for me.
I have samples or unfinished CAD for some of the items I need.
Mostly aluminum work and sometimes even wood.

I have/had a guy for this but his new company leaves him no time for side jobs.

Near to northern Nevada a plus but with the web anywhere should be workable.

A PM here should also work.

Those are some old machines. You'll need someone who is ruthless about their code efficiency. The bloated code most CAM systems put out will have your machines all choked up.

The Matsuura may be headed to feeBay as a project or parts.
I'm having a tool changer issue with it now.
Great machine when it runs, has had a series of 'minor' issues.

Fadal runs great and easy to set up.
Can use Fanuc or Fadal code.

Acramatic works fine despite it's age.

Not going to pretend I hold tenth's but for what I do there is no need.

Currently trying to catch up on needed parts to so that I may develop some new products.

My email is fine, but it seems pyramid.net is prone to being typed wrong.

Getting my samples and sketch together to pursue the No.1 project.
Lost some time due to wrecking my truck, Reno is now a place to only go for genuine necessity, traffic is NUTS!

Replied again, to the address you posted. BS!

You must be typing it wrong, every SPAMMER on the planet finds it easily!
Or, you may have the same ISP as one I have blocked due to spam originating from it?
G-Mail and other "Free" services get blocked a lot.

I've been corresponding with a couple of programmers.
Trying to finish a physical sample to model from, almost there.
