seeking an experienced operator for its Rollomatic CNC tool grinding department.

Qualified candidates must possess:
- Experience working with others in a machine shop environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience programming and operating Rollomatic CNC grinding centers
- Desire to learn and utilize VGPro to its highest abilities
- The knowledge to participate in all aspects of the growth of the Rollomatic department including but not limited to
o VG/VGPro
o Select/design wheel pack shapes and types
o Managing machine condition, maintenance and upkeep

Candidates Responsibilities Include:
- Set up Rollomatic machines to produce high precision cutting tools
- Maintain workflow within the department to hit due dates and maintain efficacy
- Ability to program tools from a print in Virtual Grind and Virtual Grind Pro
- Ability to inspect close tolerance tools
- The understanding of tool grinding in both final product and peel grinding operations

I've ran several models from 600x, 620xs, 629xs 6000xl & 628xw used both VG and VGPRO successful for roughly 10 years!! Do you have any opportunities in that line in or near mid Michigan?
