SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Importer of machine tool accessories has an immediate need for a service technician based out of the greater Cincinnati area.

Job Function
• Installation of our products on various types of machines in the manufacturing sector
• Repair of products both in-house and in the field
• Assembly / modification of standard product prior to shipping
• Troubleshoot with endusers and dealers remotely via telephone and email
• Assist in maintaining and monitoring stock of repair/installation parts
• Related duties as required

Skills and Requirements
• Experience with servo motors and drives a must (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, etc.)
• Experience with hydraulic systems
• Experience with electrical systems
• Must be willing to travel. Travel to be minimal initially but will increase as company grows.
• Team player
• Strong intrapersonal skills
• Work well without supervision
• Valid driver’s license

Education and Experience
• High school education or greater
• Technical degree a plus
• 2 plus years of related experience
