Ebay, Norwich NY K&T slotting attachment (too far to ship, for me)
Kearney Trecker Slotting Attachment | eBay
Seller claims it's from a 2H, now is not a good time for me, and I don't care to futz around with shipping.
So, have at it.

I would go get it, pay after inspection. My car gets 46mpg, so at the right price, I might chance it.
1400 miles round trip; about 30 gallons of gas.

80% seems appalling I agree. But this is the new ebay feedback system - in this case it's one negative out of 5 feedbacks in a year, and from the comment it seems to be because the buyer didn't like the box his item was packed in. I think it warrants more investigation before writing him off completely for one negative.

Looks like the locking tabs are missing.. Wonder if spindle adapter is there anywhere.... Seems just like the vertical heads you find with no drive gear..I have a slotting attachment for my 2hl and it was missing the spindle attachment.. Pain to find.. Ramsay1

Well...I have a complete "double jointed" vertical attachment on my 2H, but I have zero idea on compatibility of gears between various attachments.

The driver is easy to make, it's just a "disc" that attaches to the spindle, with 4 screws, and a pin sticking out. It will be either a 40 or 50 spindle. The dog offset is the same for both.
How about a picture, the 40 is on the right.

I checked the ebay pic against a slotter attachment in my K&T 2h book, looks different. Has 4 side bolts instead of the 2 in my book. Could be a different version or possibly for a CH, I sent a question to the lister for that and the drive system, including 40 or 50NMTB, yesterday but Harry's post jogged my memory, (of when he originally posted it) that the drive is from the bolt holes on the spindle face, not the taper.
I didn't ask about overarm hole diameters, should have.

3.625" for 2H/2CH. 2.875" for 1H/1CH/2HL/2CHL. If he comes up with a serial (stamped on "T" shaped raised boss on some vert. heads) I will date it to the month.
