Does anyone have a procedure for ensuring the correct phase rotation for powering up a K&T 307 S-12? I don't know what motors will turn on when I first power it up, and I'm concerned that something will break if the feed motor (or a pump or whatever) runs backwards.
Is there a way to just run the spindle (like on the 2D) to check that the machine's wired for the proper rotation? For all I know, that's the normal way an S-12 works anyhow. I've never seen one running, so I don't know.
Thanks for any help you can give.
