1101 Probe start up failure

So I keep getting this alarm, I have checked batteries, cleaned the probes and sensor on the back wall of the haas, and also checked the setting to the Probe.. I'm not sure what to do next my probe will not even move... Is it possible the probe itself is dead?
 
It is blinking Yellow on the sensor on the back of the Haas, which I researched and from I can tell means a weak signal.
 
Did you replace the batteries or just check them with a meter? Just a small drop in power in the batteries will cause the probe not to work.
 
When you remove the batteries and place them back in the probe, do you get the correct self test lights. Could someone have changed the probe setting with the trigger logic?
