Who to go to for new VDI live tools

Needing new axial VDI30 live tooling with ER32 collets. Who do I need to call and how much can I expect on these?
 
Also, we will likely have to buy tapping heads for this machine and will admit, never used one. Always rigid tapped. Does someone have a cad or other model of how the head might be constructed for tapping? More curious than anything. Are they spring loaded or what and how much axial play is there?
