advise to machining manganese

i need to machinig a manganese plate, which requiered a drill and milling, i know manganese is a extremelyhard material, if turning were involve i'll use ceramic inserts, but is not the case, i'll use a carbide endmills at low rpms, if you have a comment, sugestion, tip or an advise i'll appreciate very much.

Hi. I need to CNC turn 200-off chain rollers Castings Dia 220 x 75mm ID 42mm with 12-14% maganese. Any sugestion on insert grade to use, speed & feed? I'm using WNMG & CNMG inserts.
