I need a Fuji "transistor module", part no. A50L-0001-0222 (for a 20 hp Fanuc spindle drive, 1994 year)

GE Fanuc does have them but price is outrageous for what it is...$590

Googling for Fanuc surplus brings up the usual suspects, but none have this one. I've sold Fanuc surplus to a number of Fanuc stocking houses in the past on eBay, and none of those are showing up...seems like one was in Georgia, for instance.

TIE is pretty much the leader in selection. Sometimes they can fix the stuff if you can send it to them. Most times they offer exchange. Some things are almost as cheap through Fanuc.

Good lead, that's one of those I forgot about.

Unfortunately, I just called and they don't sell at the component level...whole drives, but not parts for drives

Dave,
Did you try Fuji? I dont have thier number off hand but they should be in thomas reg.

They should have a Fuji part number on that transistor. Replace the 060 on the end of that part number (600 volts) with an 050 (500 volts) otherwise fuji will tell you you have to go to Fanuc. The 500 volt units work just fine and Fuji can be as little as half price.

Good luck
Ken
