Hello to everyone. I have a Mazak SQT-15 MarkII live tooling and B-axis. The b-axis is out of aligment some, I see adjustment for aligning b-axis from front of machine to back, but it is off in a direction, up and down that I dont see any adjustment. Has anyone here ever had this problem?

    Thanks

Should be in your maintainance manual?

Never ran a Mazak - but if it is anything like a Fanuc - you would prolly get into a maintainance mode and dial indicate it square to some surface somewhere and enter whatever degree it is at that point as a "preset".

    Just a WAG????

the B-axis is the sub-spindle on a SQT

Good question, we are within .001" so we call it good.
