Blueswarf.com- Anyone here using their system ?

I did a search and see someone mentioned a Blueswarf seminar at IMTS 2008 but that's all I could find. Thoughts ?

The place I used to work used Metalmax (a component of the Blueswarf system) on an ultra high speed aluminum milling machine. I believe it really helped pick the best RPM range for any given tool assembly. Sometimes the result of testing tools would be a bit surprising. For example a 1" carbide endmill often would show that it would run better at a higher RPM than a 3/4 endmill. Sometimes by a lot. Sometimes like a 1" tool running good at 27K RPM but the 3/4" only at 19K.
