Canadian grade steel

I have a job to run that is calling for PL 100 plate that is 2" thick. Not much info out there. I am thinking maybe and AR plate....Not to sure. Anyone have info on a cross reference for this grade of steel? Canadian company and print. Thanks for any help.

What did your customer say when you asked them for clarification?

It might be similar to this: 1 XF Steel Plate - 1 KSI Plate - 1, Minimum Yield | O'Neal Steel where it indicates minimum tensile strength.

Whatever it is, buy it quick before the price doubles!

In metallurgy, Canadian steel is a steel alloy with a minimum of 10.5% maple syrup content by mass.

Not sure what it is but it will 3 times the cost of what you pay in the USA and when Don gets done it will be 5 times as much!!!
