Cincinnati Saber 1250 - Linear or Box - Gear-Belt-Direct

Hi All,

Rejoining after a long hiatus. I am looking at a Cincinnati Saber 1250 VMC, very used, 8000rpm. Can anyone tell me if this machine is box or linear way? Spindle head is belt or gear? Cannot find those sort of details online.

I have 1996-1998 acra 2100 machines
linear ways, thk 50's on y and z, thk 45 series on x
if its a modular drop out spindle its a belt drive single range, but she'll likely out torque any comparable HP haas ( comparing no gearbox to no gearbox).

8000 rpm spindle will be air oil most lube, a dropsa box on the back of the column

air counterbalance on head

Not terrible iron but then again I have upgraded many things on mone over the years.

all grease lube on the ways if she's original.
