Hello Everyone,
I am using Takisawa TC 2 CNC lathe Machine and i am facing problem in turning hard materials on CNC Lathe Machine.
Hardness is about 60 and i am using Kyocera 5525 insert which fails after every 2 pieces.
I don't know how to work with the hardened materials.
Someone told me to use CBN Inserts and i have used it, result was better but still the insert radius gets done easily after 15-20 pieces.
I am not able to do production work on CNC Turning.
