Speaking of which, I was flipping through it the other day and it said a tip for getting rid of (or at least minimizing) those nasty break through burrs while drilling through steel is to peck once with the depth set to half the distance of the drill tip length past the material thickness to give the coolant a chance to get down there and cool off the drill and material before going back in to finish drilling through the backside of the material. Has anyone tried this? I keep forgetting to...
