Hey PM Geniuses,
We've been running into a problem with our Doosan MX2100 when we transitioned to a collet head to a 3 jaw system yesterday. When we go to install the 3 jaw chuck, it is consistently giving us a "Collet not in closed position" alarm when in actuality it is. When we open the chuck and go to run it, it has no problems spinning. So basically the machine thinks when the chuck is open it is closed and vice versa. Anyone have any experience fixing this?
We've checked the draw bar sensors and they are lighting up in the proper position. Any recommendations?
Thanks,
Kevin
