Drill Chip Break

Im drilling 10 holes through 0.625" diameter 303 stainless steel 1.25" apart along the C axis on a lathe using a G181 straight through cycle. Im using the sub spindle as support leaving only enough room to drill 3 holes at a time. i can not get the chip to break off on the backside of some of the holes, and it is causing some of my parts to not suck out of my part dispenser (suction is all the way up) causing my machine to code out and shut down. kinda defeats the purpose of using a scheduled program with a bar feeder and dispenser.

I'm using a CJT 140 degree 1/4" Coolant through TIALN coated carbide drill (320psi coolant pressure)

the manufacturers recemended feed and speed for 300 series stainless steel is SFM=180 FPT= 0.004 (S2750 F11.0)

I've worked my way up to S3025(10% increase) and F13.75 (30% increase) and still no luck

Any help or advise would be much appreciated.
