OT: no solar?

He's been off work....The nonsense his boss puts him through has caused the old hemmorhoid problem to act up.....lovingly referred to as "the Solar flare..."

Seriously though, He's starting to answer his own questions. Our lil' Solar is gettin' (snif-f-f-f-f) all growed up.....

Ah, but isn't it a treat, to see a student progress? I remember when Solar only asked questions; now, he's posting answers to others. He still has a ways to go, but he's getting better...

RAS

Solar is OK in my book....he tries, he listens, he asks, he shares whenever possible. We need more like him.

SOLAR WHERE RRRRRRRRRRRRRRR YOU???????????

Very true. Someday, he'll even have his own message board. He can call it, "The Solar Panel". :D

heck they thought i was the Site Manager a couple times on my last assignment. its funny how a suit and white hair gets respect or maybe they just feel sorry for an old man.

get to talk to professionals with college degrees that are very pretty and flitatious school teachers and administrators.

then there are the normal people the bus drivers and attendants they are funny and down to earth.

the money is great. i make more in one week than working 2 1/2 weeks at a toolmaker/machinist job.
get to wear a suit and tie i dont smell like rancid coolant any more, my hands are clean no tight tolerances to worry about.

no production quotas, well thats not really true.
my last case manager wanted me to sell $2000. a day so i applied myself and averged $3868.18 a day so i will be worked by that company in the coming year.
the company my wife works for will send me to Az. in Feb. thru May and i may end up in San Francisco Jan thru Feb. then SC in Sept thru Oct.

its not really selling there is a need to cover your income and final expenses. i apoligize to my wife for calling her a used car salesman.

there may be a slow spell during the summer but if things go as well as they have been i'll have my 2450 sq ft building up and all my equiptment in and under power.

ive got 4 projects going that i hope to have under production before the end of the year that if they take off i'll be able to pick and choose the benefits jobs i want or just manage them, the projects, and put some people to work in Ky. if i can create 10 jobs in the region im from the State will help underwrite the cost so that may be a real possibility in the first quarter of '07.

im hoping to have the NASCAR project going before Daytona but im concerned about the production of it by partnering with a couple of my buddies it may require 1000's of units and NASCAR is pretty strict on their liscencing agreement. i may just have to bootleg them for a year to see how the response is.

so life is very good at this point.

im happy and wish i had done this in 1992 when McDonnell~Douglas shut down.

sorry to sound like im bragging but i'm tickled to death, thanks for asking...jim
