Electronic component ID....help

I have 2 thingies I need help with ID-ing.

First is a disc capacitor, epoxy coated:

Side 1:
440 - X1
WYO 4n7M
IEC 384-14/2
250- Y3
150- Y4

Side 2:
8260
H8

What is the value??

Second thingie, I think a MOV....

Markings on 1 side only:

moido
Z151
8 OUL

value?????

First one is Vishay 440V, 4700pf, tolerance + - 20%.

The second one I believe is a 150 Volt MOV, but that is just a guess. (151 = 15 * 10^1)

Wow, where do you learn to speak their language??
