It would help to add a surface finish (roughness) requirement for the cone, as well as a "how darn sharp" the point needs to be. If you really need a sharp point, a tray or individual tubes may be needed to prevent dulling.

Just wanted to point out that your dimensions don't work. If you need to maintain the length of the cone the angle works out to
about 51 degrees. If you must have that angle on the cone then the length of the cone alone becomes about 1.6 ". You've shown
the "included" angle on the drawing. Did you by chance mean that to be the "half'-angle?

We also need tolerance. +-.0005 +-.01 this makes a large difference to us and you.
