I just added the dwell after N12 in the tool change program.

Well see if this does it.

It kinda goes against the grain to add time to an already pokey tool change but if that does it then I'm for it.

Regarding the tool change program on the Sharp. Does any good come from the retract to z home before coming back down to tool change height?

This seems like an extra 10 inches of movement that is wasted. That adds up to quite a few cycles over the course of a day.

barbter, I cant remember exactly, but I think that my repairman didnt think the timing was adjustable where he needed it, so we added it to the toolchange macro.
